On October 22, 2025, BETONOX Construction S.A. signed a contract with the University of Rzeszów for a strategic investment – the construction of a new educational building with equipment and accompanying technical infrastructure on ul. Cicha in Rzeszów.
Modern educational facility
The project involves the construction of a modern educational building with a net area of approximately 4,000 m², divided into two functional zones: a practical training area and a lecture area. The facility will be built within the educational base used for preclinical training of Collegium Medicum students.
Investment significance
The implementation of this project will significantly improve the quality of educational infrastructure, increase teaching comfort, and enhance educational opportunities for medical and other healthcare students. Thanks to this investment, the University of Rzeszów will not only be able to increase admission limits for medical studies but also more effectively attract the most talented high school graduates interested in studying in Rzeszów.
The new educational facility on ul. Cicha will become one of the key elements in the development of Collegium Medicum infrastructure at the University of Rzeszów. The investment will contribute to further strengthening the University's position as an important center for medical sciences in southeastern Poland.

The investment is being implemented as part of the project "Investments of the Collegium Medicum of the University of Rzeszów for preclinical and clinical education purposes," which is part of Investment D2.1.1 "Investments related to the modernization and equipping of educational facilities in connection with increasing admission limits for medical studies" implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO).
